Former Army Tower (observation tower) at the South pier

The old Soviet-era border guard observation tower has been restored with a new look and is open to visitors during the summer season, in daylight hours. From the 20-meter-high tower, visitors can observe ships and yachts at sea through a fixed binocular, which is also ideal for birdwatching.
