Near the Liepāja - Ventspils highway, in the Green Reserve on the northern bank of the Karpa River, there is a sign "Fascist Victims' Grave". After entering the forest for about 200 meters, turning left will lead you to a grave site with a memorial stone. A doll in a glass case is placed next to the stone, which is a kind of memorial stone for the Jewish children who were also shot. It is a resting place for the Jews of Pāvilosta and the surrounding area.
On the morning of October 28, 1941, the Jews of Pavilosta and their children studying at school were gathered. But on October 29, in the forest near the Karpa River, the Jews were ordered to undress, driven to a previously dug pit, and 60 Jews from Pāvilosta and the surrounding area were shot.
