Since 2010, SIA EVI&JO has been making various preserves and light alcoholic beverages under the trademark "Durbes veltes". Delicious jams and compotes, spicy salty salads and pickles are made from raw materials grown in Latvia and mostly from products grown on the farm.
The company's production preserves the natural taste of fruits and vegetables as much as possible without the use of synthetic preservatives and artificial sweeteners. This can only be achieved with the traditional heating method, which means that each jar is carefully made by hand.
Currently, "Durbes veltes" offers several product lines - 10 different types of jams, 5 types of compotes; 20 types of vegetable pickles, spicy sauces, 10-12 types of fruit-berry wines, including cider and sparkling wine, 9 types of natural liqueurs Strong alcoholic beverages - distillates aged in oak barrels.
We are proud of our blackcurrant, quince and rhubarb wines, which in 2018 have been awarded both in the Latvian fruit-berry wine competition and in the Baltic countries competition. Since 2014, various fruit and berry Creme-type liqueurs have also been prepared - raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, quince, rhubarb, mandarin, gingerbread, coffee, etc.
Wine and other beverage tastings are offered to gourmets. We can accommodate groups of up to 30 people.
We can also provide accommodation for small companies up to 8 people.
