Private repository of artifacts “Ģildēni”

It is a typical homestead built in the middle of the 19th century, which can be compared with Kurzeme homestead in the open-air museum. All the auxiliary buildings of the house are preserved. A repository of artifacts is fitted in the barn - all the artifacts have been found in the

18 ha area of “Ģildēni” property. The repository of artifacts gives an insight into agricultural production and the many household objects which were characteristic at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century.
