Memorial site of Mārtiņš Freimanis childhood home
In 2014, sculptor Kārlis Alainis created and cast a memorial plaque in honor of the late musician, poet, and actor Mārtiņš Freimanis (1977 – 2011) during the International Cast Iron Art Symposium in Aizpute. The commemorative plaque is attached to the musician’s childhood home.
