he "Vītolnieki" Farm/Fishing Homestead is a branch of the Latvian Ethnographic Open-Air Museum, located in the South Kurzeme region. It houses the largest collection of ancient tools and farming implements. The residential building was constructed in 1890. In the barn on the premises, there is a fragment of a boat that is more than 1000 years old. The museum is open in the summer, and visits outside the season can be arranged by phone.
