Silarāji

In a Latvian environment, the cuisine of other nations. Tomatoes, vegetables and various types of chilies are grown in "Silarāji" every day, winter stocks are prepared, herbal oils are prepared from vegetables grown by themselves. At the farm, you can get acquainted with the cultivation of various tomatoes and chilies. Relax by the carp and carp ponds. The housewife is passionate about collecting earthenware, so there will be an exhibition of earthenware on the "Home Cafe Days". On the days of home cafes, there will be a mini master class on the preparation of spice oil. There will be an opportunity to buy spice oils to take away. And enjoy the delicious cuisine of different nations in the apple orchards of Silarāji. As well as cooperation with the Bārta House of Culture, which will take care of the guests' entertainment.

Pork and beef pilaf cooked in the open air on a cauldron with double-grain rice, sausages, chili, spices ordered from Uzbekistan.

In the garden, on the grill, burger bread made from french fries and cheese, filled with sausages, dried onions, juicy grilled pork cutlet, cheese and various grill sauces.

Cold soup based on kefir, with self-pickled beets (beetroot marinated on cumin base), boiled sausage, egg, greens, potatoes, cucumber.

Tour of the farm, clay pot museum - free.

In cooperation with the Bārta Culture House, visitors will be delighted by the Bārta Ethnographic Ensemble.

The farm grows chillies, herbs and tomatoes, there will be a master class on herbal oils (3 EUR/pers.).

It will be possible to buy healthy vegetable products and herbal oils produced on the farm to take away
